David Cowan is a seasoned professional in customer analytics and strategic planning with extensive experience in the telecommunications and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Analytics at Export Development Canada since January 2023, David oversees the Customer Analytics function and spearheads major model deployments to enhance marketing effectiveness.
