David Cowan

Director, Customer Analytics

David Cowan is a seasoned professional in customer analytics and strategic planning with extensive experience in the telecommunications and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Analytics at Export Development Canada since January 2023, David oversees the Customer Analytics function and spearheads major model deployments to enhance marketing effectiveness. Previously, David held various leadership roles at Bell, including Associate Director of Strategy and Analytics, where strategic vision and a focus on business intelligence were key contributions. Other significant experiences include consulting at Manulife and leading marketing strategies at Xplornet Communications and TELUS. David holds a Master’s Degree in Management Analytics and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, both from Queen's University.
