Stefanie Johnson

Stefanie Johnson is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in public affairs and media relations. Currently serving as Vice President of Public Affairs at the Export-Import Bank of the United States since January 2022, Johnson has also held the position of Acting Senior Vice President in the Office of Communications and External Engagement. Prior to this, Johnson was the Spokeswoman and Principal Public Affairs Specialist at the Federal Housing Finance Agency from December 1999 to September 2020, where responsibilities included managing social media. Johnson's earlier career includes working as Press Secretary for the U.S. House of Representatives Financial Services Committee from 1993 to 1998. Johnson's educational background features a Master of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism and a Bachelor of Journalism in Print Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia, along with ongoing studies at Georgetown University.
