Tiffanie Morgan began their career in 2004 as a Graduate Assistant, Rec Intern, Facility Supervisor, and Spinning Instructor for William and Mary Recreational Sports. In 2006, they took on the role of Botetourt Head Resident for William and Mary Residence Life. In 2007, they worked as a Youth Advisor for the United States Peace Corps. In 2010, they became a Coordinator for the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, where they managed a diverse program's activity and $200,000 budget. In 2011, they were promoted to Assistant Director at the University of Maryland, where they supervised 1 full time staff, 9 student supervisors, 100+ club sport officers and 3,000+ club participants. Tiffanie was also responsible for coordinating the program's travel arrangements, onsite events, and finances. In 2016, they became the Associate Director at Vanderbilt University. In 2019, they took on the role of Proposal Manager for Halfaker and Associates, LLC, where they utilized Shipley principles throughout the proposal lifecycle. In 2021, they became a Proposal Principal (Proposal Manager) at SAIC, continuing Proposal Manager responsibilities following SAIC's acquisition of Halfaker and Associates, LLC. In 2022, they took on the role of Proposal Lead, Sr. for Expression Networks LLC, where they were responsible for the development and review of RFPs, white paper, RFI, and proposal strategies.
Tiffanie Morgan has a Masters in Higher Education Administration from the College of William and Mary. Tiffanie obtained their Masters between 2008 and 2010. Tiffanie also holds certifications from the American Red Cross, including a Lifeguard certification obtained in October 2018, an Instructor Trainer certification obtained in October 2016, an Instructor certification obtained in June 2010, and a Spinning Instructor certification obtained in March 2007.
