Dana Hayden

Dana Hayden, CSP, has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2019 until the present, they have been the Managing Industrial Director at Express Employment Professionals, where they oversee inside sales, staff, and portfolio growth, assigning leads to the inside team. Dana is also responsible for inside/outside sales and client fee negotiation, managing a significant book of business with an average of 36-48 clients. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2019, Dana worked as a Case Manager/Resource Coordinator at Julian Pathways, where they ran eight grant programs, handled clerical communication and director/school board interface. Dana obtained medical approvals and admission paperwork for Vista Hill LMFT and skillfully case managed families, utilizing grant and federal resources.
