Shawn Lima

Shawn Lima has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Shawn currently holds the position of Senior District Manager at AdvancedMD since March 2020. Before that, Shawn served as the Vice President of Business Development/Partner at Back and Associates/Express Employment Professionals from May 2012. At ZAACT Consulting, where they worked from October 2016 to January 2020, they held the role of Director of Business Development. Prior to that, Shawn worked at ACS Group (American CyberSystems) as a Client Director, Strategic Accounts from February 2016 to October 2016. Shawn also worked as a Senior Director of Strategic Accounts & TCG Managed Services at The Creative Group from February 2016 to September 2016. Earlier in their career, Shawn held the position of Director, Client Development at Kforce, Inc. from June 2012 to November 2015. Shawn also worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at Experis IT (Formerly COMSYS) from January 2010 to June 2012 and as a Senior Account Executive and Business Development Manager at TEKsystems from March 2000 to December 2009. Shawn's career began at Allegis Group, where they worked as an Account Executive, starting a new division for recruiting IT infrastructure staff in Salt Lake City from October 1994 to October 1998. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of generating revenue growth and providing excellent client service.

Shawn Lima attended Brigham Young University from 1989 to 1992, studying Mass Communications. Shawn then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications at the University of Utah from 1992 to 1994.
