Dr. Madeline Janney, SLPD, CCC-SLP

Dr. Madeline Janney, SLPD, CCC-SLP has a diverse work experience in the field of speech-language pathology. Dr. Madeline currently works at Expressable as a Speech-Language Pathologist, Content Specialist, and Subject Matter Expert in Autism since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Jefferson Parish Public School System as a Speech-Language Pathologist from March 2021 to July 2022. Dr. Madeline has also served as a Speech-Language Pathologist at West Jefferson Medical Center from October 2019 to October 2021 and at Select Medical from June 2019 to June 2021. Dr. Janney's expertise and experience make their a well-rounded professional in the field.

Dr. Madeline Janney, SLPD, CCC-SLP has an extensive education history in the field of speech-language pathology. Dr. Madeline pursued a Doctor of Speech-Language Pathology (SLPD) degree at Northwestern University from 2021 to 2023, specializing in the area of speech-language pathology. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at Southeastern Louisiana University from 2016 to 2019. Their undergraduate education was at Loyola University New Orleans, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychological Sciences from 2012 to 2016.

In addition to their educational achievements, Dr. Janney also holds several certifications. Dr. Madeline obtained a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) certification from Yoga Alliance in October 2022. In September 2022, they completed the DIR 101: An Introduction to DIR and Floortime certification offered by ICDL DIRFloortime®. Moreover, they hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Dr. Janney is also certified in the It Takes Two to Talk program by The Hanen Centre. Furthermore, they possess a license as a tour guide from the City of New Orleans.
