Frank Mulenga possesses extensive experience in recoveries and debt management, currently serving as the Manager of Recoveries at ExpressCredit.co.zm since April 2016. Responsibilities include managing the Early Warning and Bad Debt Units, overseeing client outreach for missed payments, and coordinating legal actions for non-recovered debts. Concurrently, at Bayport Financial Services since May 2010, Frank has held multiple roles including Senior Consultant in Arrears and Bad Debts Management and Loan Consultant, focusing on government loan submissions, account receipting, and client vetting processes.
