Dr. Veronika Vassileva is an accomplished musician with extensive experience in orchestral and chamber music. Currently serving as a substitute violist for the Quad City Symphony Orchestra and the Toledo Symphony Orchestra, Dr. Vassileva also performs as a violinist and violist with the Michigan Philharmonic and the Rochester Symphony Orchestra & Chorale. Additionally, Dr. Vassileva is affiliated with the Telluric Ensemble and Go 4 Baroque, and provides instruction in violin and viola at Expressions Music Academy. Dr. Vassileva holds a Doctorate of Musical Arts in Music Performance (Viola) from the University of North Texas, along with a Master's degree in Music Performance (Violin) from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance (Violin) from the University of North Texas. Educational foundations include an Abitur in French Language and Literature, and Mathematics from Jean Paul Gymnasium Hof in Germany.
