Evan Laybourn

Evan Laybourn is a Talent Underwriter at Sun Communities & Sun Outdoors since May 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating background checks, drug screens, and the onboarding process for new hires while collaborating with various HR roles to enhance the pre-hire experience. Previously, Evan served as a Drum Teacher at Expressions Music Academy. Evan holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Performance from the University of Michigan, obtained between September 2010 and April 2014.
