Amy Pipe is a seasoned Change Management Consultant with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, currently serving at Expressworks International since March 2020. In this role, Amy leads organizational change management initiatives for digital transformation in refining operations, focusing on strategic alignment, communication campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and the implementation of change management strategies. Prior to this, Amy held the position of Senior Associate Change Management Consultant at Planning Design Research Corporation, overseeing consulting projects and facilitating high-level workshops aimed at fostering organizational change. Amy’s earlier career includes roles in counseling and education, holding degrees from the University of Mississippi and the University of Houston.
