Mashael al Mugairen

Mashael Al Mugairen has a diverse work experience. Mashael is currently working as a Corporate Performance Expert at the Government Expenditure & Projects Efficiency Authority since 2023. Previously, they were employed at the Ministry of Finance, where they held two roles. Initially, they were a Business Procurement Partner from November 2017 to October 2020. In this position, they managed bidding invitations, created tenders documents, and handled financial commitments for 2030 vision initiatives. Later, they became a Strategic Performance Business Partner from November 2020 to December 2022. Prior to their time at the Ministry of Finance, they worked as a Project Coordinator at Digital Healthcare Solutions (DHS) Arabia from July 2016 to May 2017. In this role, they were responsible for controlling and monitoring SMS messages, developing DHS products and services, and managing the company's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts.

Mashael Al Mugairen completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Marketing from King Saud University. Mashael attended the university from 2011 to 2016.
