Richard Mutwafu

Richard Mutwafu has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Richard is currently working as a Business Development Manager at Exquisite Solution Limited, where they generate marketing plans, makes presentations to clients, and leads cross-functional projects.

Prior to this, Richard worked as the Head of Marketing at Unifi Group, where they identified target audiences, managed a sales team, and developed marketing strategies. Richard also has experience as the Chief Executive Officer at TWA-FEE Door to Door Marketing Agency, where they co-founded and led the company in conducting promotional marketing and consumer insights projects.

Richard has also held roles such as Director of Service Projects at Rotary Club of Kampala Wandegaya, Experiential & Trade Marketing Manager at LEGENDS PROMOTIONS LIMITED, Operations Coordinator at Exp Agency Uganda, and Manager of Business Marketing at Hertz.

Before that, they worked as a Banking Officer at Stanbic Bank and as an Operations Manager at MTN Uganda. At both positions, Richard managed various tasks related to customer service, sales, and team management.

Richard Mutwafu obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Makerere University, where they studied from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Busoga College Mwiri from 2003 to 2004 and Kiira College Butiki from 1999 to 2002, although the specific degrees and fields of study pursued at these institutions are not provided.
