Hagen Triendl

Hagen Triendl has extensive experience in the field of AI and machine learning. Hagen currently holds the position of Director of AI Research at Exscientia. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of AI/ML at GSK. Before joining GSK, Hagen served as the Head of Research at GTN and also held the role of Lead Machine Learning Researcher. Their academic background includes positions as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Imperial College London, CERN, and Commissariat a l'Energie Atomique et aux Energies Alternatives.

Hagen Triendl earned a Diplom in Physics from Heidelberg University from 2002 to 2007. Later, from 2007 to 2010, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics from the University of Hamburg.
