Tara Ferguson

Tara Ferguson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tara currently works at Exscientia as an Associate Director, People Business Partner. Prior to that, they were a Senior People Specialist at Exscientia. Before joining Exscientia, Tara worked at PepsiCo for several years, where they held various positions including Lean Leadership Coach and HR Business Partner. Tara also served as the UK Health & Wellness Manager at PepsiCo. Before PepsiCo, Tara worked at Finmeccanica - Electronics, Defence & Security Systems as an HR Business Partner, and at Gravitate HR as a Senior HR Consultant. Tara also gained experience at Birds Eye as an HR Business Partner and at Unilever, where they started their career on the Graduate Management Development program and held various roles including Employee Relations Manager and HR Business Partner. Tara also had a summer internship at Arup.

Tara Ferguson completed their education at three different institutions. Tara attended Claremont Fan Court School from 1991 to 1999. Then, from 1999 to 2002, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Psychology at the University of Kent. Finally, they obtained a certification from the Chartered MCIPD program between 2002 and 2006.
