Céline Laget has a robust career in leadership and management, currently serving as Pilote RSE and a member of the Strategic Committee at EXSTO Group since January 2023. With extensive experience at STERNE Silicone Performance since May 1996, where Céline has held titles including General Manager and President, the company specializes in the design and manufacturing of elastomer, silicone, and rubber products. Additionally, Céline holds various strategic roles in organizations such as CCI Vaucluse, Polyvia, and Initiatives Terres de Vaucluse, while previously serving as Financial Director of the French Division at MTI Global. Céline's educational background includes a DECF in Administration and Business Management from IUT GEA Aix en Provence.
