Stephen Nowak

Stephen Nowak has a background in architecture with a Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University. Stephen later pursued a Master's degree in Real Estate and the Built Environment from Harvard University. Stephen has held positions such as Project Engineer at The LiRo Group, Summer Associate at Silverstein Properties, Associate in Investments at Cottonwood Management, LLC, and currently holds the title of Vice President in Development at Extell.
