Danya Rosen

Danya Rosen is an accomplished nonprofit leader with extensive experience in youth development and advocacy. Currently serving as Vice President of Development at Vivery.org since June 2025, Danya previously held the position of Executive Director at Chicago Run from January 2019 to July 2024, where a significant impact was made by reaching 10,000 youth across Chicago through inclusive physical activity programming and Social Emotional Learning (SEL) initiatives. Key achievements include overseeing a $1.5 million budget, managing a dedicated team of 13 staff members and approximately 120 volunteers annually, and building a diverse Board of Directors. Danya's earlier roles included Executive Director of Peer Health Exchange in Chicago and Deputy Outreach Director at Peace Action West, with a focus on advocacy and program management. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley with a B.S. in Sociology, Danya participated as a Fellow at Leadership Greater Chicago, contributing to efforts in community engagement and youth development advocacy.
