Markku Kauppinen

Markku Kauppinen has extensive work experience in leadership positions. Markku served as the President and CEO of FinxS Assessments since 2023 and of Extended DISC® powered by FinxS® since 1997. Prior to that, they worked as a Branch Manager at First Commerce from 1992 to 1996.

Markku Kauppinen obtained their MBA in Finance from the University of New Orleans in 1990-1991. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Marketing and Management from Southeastern Louisiana University in 1986-1990. In 1997, they also obtained certification as an Extended DISC Certified Professional from Extended DISC USA - Canada - UK - Singapore.
