Belle Liu

Belle Liu is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and care management. Currently serving as a Registered Nurse Care Manager at Extended Home Care since October 2016, Belle Liu conducts monthly telephonic assessments, manages a caseload of 140 members, and coordinates benefits in accordance with Medicaid and Medicare guidelines. Previous roles include Clinical Nurse Educator and UAS Field Assessor at Centers Plan for Healthy Living, where Belle Liu developed educational materials and conducted assessments to ensure safety in home care.
