Melanie Goodwin, MBA, has over 20 years of experience in benefits management and administration. Melanie'smost recent position was as the Director of Total Rewards - Benefits at Extended Stay America, where they were responsible for the strategic delivery and administration of all company health and welfare plans, retirement savings plans, and part-time benefit programs. Melanie managed vendor relationships, collaborated with executive leadership on total rewards initiatives, and ensured compliance with organizational objectives. Prior to that, Melanie served as the Director of Benefits at Honeywell, where they managed a team and partnered with legal and finance departments to ensure successful implementation and ongoing administration of health and welfare and retirement benefits for US and Canadian employees. Melanie also has experience as a Director of Benefits Management at TriNet, where they evaluated and analyzed benefit programs for a large workforce and trained internal colleagues. Earlier in their career, Melanie held positions in benefits administration at SPX Corporation, Goodrich, Ingersoll Rand, Indian Head Industries, Rexam Inc, Newport News Inc, and Penact Associates. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in budget management, compliance, vendor management, employee training, and negotiations.

Melanie Goodwin, MBA, earned their Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from Old Dominion University from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they studied Business Administration and accounting at Saint Leo University.
