Rick Canale

Rick Canale has a diverse work experience in various industries. Rick began their career in 1993 as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at InterContinental Hotels Group, where they worked until 2004. Rick then joined Centex Homes as the Director of Strategy and Marketing, managing various aspects of the business. In 2009, Rick became the Principal/Vice President at RE Consulting Group, focusing on strategy, product development, and financial analysis in the hotel and real estate industries. Most recently, in 2012, they joined Extended Stay America as the Managing Director of Real Estate, after initially serving as the Vice President of Marketing Strategy and Planning.

Rick Canale earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Saint Louis University in 1993.
