Alessio Russo Introito

Alessio Russo Introito started working at Extendi in April 2021 as a Software Engineer. Prior to that, they participated in the ACM RecSys Challenge 2019 at Politecnico di Milano. In this challenge, they were part of a student team and focused on session-based and context-aware accommodation recommendation in a travel domain. Their team achieved 10th place out of 1564 subscribed teams.

Alessio Russo Introito obtained a Bachelor's degree in Ingegneria informatica from the Università degli Studi di Firenze, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at Politecnico di Milano from 2018 to 2022. Alessio has also attained various certifications, including a Neo4j Certified Professional certification from Neo4j in October 2021, a FUNDAMENTALS OF ACCELERATED COMPUTING WITH CUDA C/C++ certification from NVIDIA in September 2020, and a Machine Learning Engineering for Production (MLOps) Specialization from Coursera in April 2023.
