Maura Dyer

Maura joined Extendicare in June 2020 as Vice President, Talent Acquisition. A seasoned leader in the HR and talent management field, Maura has a wide range of experience as a senior leader in talent acquisition across various industries ranging from healthcare to telecoms and finance. Her areas of expertise include implementing employment branding, sourcing strategies, volume recruitment processes, and recruitment in competitive industries. Maura holds a BA from York University and is an Associate Certified Coach. Maura also sits on the Boards of two not-for-profit organizations that provide services for children and people with disabilities.
