Julie Gaidis

Julie Gaidis, PMP, has an extensive background in project and program management with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Program Manager at ExteNet Systems, Inc. since January 2016, Julie previously held roles as Senior Project Manager at Alcatel-Lucent and Project Manager at Ericsson and Sprint Nextel, where significant accomplishments included leading major migration efforts and overseeing large-scale switch modernizations. Earlier experience at Nextel Partners involved national initiatives for cell site infrastructure and working closely with zoning boards for site approvals. Julie holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Legal Studies and Administration of Justice from the University of Pittsburgh and is certified in Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University.
