Valentine Deramecourt

Valentine Deramecourt is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment and management roles within the e-health sector and beyond. Currently serving as a Partner, Directrice associée, and Investment Director at Extens e-santé, the first European growth capital fund dedicated to e-health, Valentine also holds various board positions, including Board Member at OPTACARE, Coptis, MediReport, Hoppen, and TERANGA SOFTWARE, and Chairman of the Board at Coptis. Previously, Valentine was the CFO for France and Head of Internal Audit at ALTAVIA, managing a significant portfolio of business units and turnover. Early career experience includes work as a Private Equity Associate and Analyst at Covent Partners - Sycomore Corporate, focusing on investment in early-stage private equity firms. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Corporate Finance from emlyon business school and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Francisco State University.
