Jeff Farber

Jeff Farber has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Jeff started their career at West Mill Clothes in 1978, where they held various roles including Vice President, Sales and Marketing, and Northeast Sales Manager. After more than 28 years with West Mill Clothes, they joined Paychex in 2008 as a Senior Human Resource Sales Consultant. In 2015, they moved to Oasis Outsourcing, where they served as both a District Manager and a District Sales Manager. In 2018, they joined HROi as Sales and Manage. In 2019, they became the CFO/COO at Empower Consulting Partners, where they focused on helping businesses build adaptable solutions. Jeff then worked as a Regional Sales Manager at CoAdvantage from 2020 to 2023. Currently, Jeff Farber is the Director of Sales, Southeast at ExtensisHR.

Jeff Farber has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry, Biology, and Biochemistry from SUNY Oneonta, which they obtained from 1981 to 1985. In 2019, they also completed a 215 Licensed program in Health, Life, and Annuity Contracts at Goldcoast.
