Nader Sallam

Nader Sallam is an experienced professional in Human Resources and Quality Management, currently serving as the Director of HR and Quality at Extensya since September 2016, overseeing activities for over 5000 employees across Jordan and the GCC. Previously, Nader held key positions at Zain Jordan, including Head of Business Excellence and Information Security, and Project Management, where responsibilities encompassed business excellence activities and project management. Nader's experience also includes roles as VP - Global Head of Service Excellence at Arab Bank, Director of Business Excellence at Zain Jordan, and Management Consultant at Philadelphia Consulting Group, focusing on quality management and marketing strategies. Nader holds a BSC in Computer Information Systems from Jami'at Al-Ulum Al-Tatbiqiya, complemented by education at Ibn AlHaitham School.
