Bhupesh Choudhary

Bhupesh Choudhary's work experience began in 2011 at Reliance, where they worked as an IT Associate until 2012. In 2014, they joined Extentia Information Technology as an intern in various departments, including Human Resources, Business Development, and Marketing and Corporate Communication. Bhupesh continued at Extentia in 2015 as a Human Resources professional and worked their way up to Associate Manager Human Resources before leaving in 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Bhupesh worked as a Human Resource Manager at Extentia. In 2020, they briefly worked as an Open Sky Pilot at Templepilots Paragliding. Since April 2021, Bhupesh has been working as a Sr. HR Manager - Talent Experience at Extentia Information Technology.

Bhupesh Choudhary began their education in 2003 at Carmel Convent High School, where they pursued their S.S.C. (Secondary School Certificate). In 2004, they moved on to R.K. Talreja, where they completed their H.S.C. (Higher Secondary Certificate) in the field of Science in 2006.

Following their high school education, Bhupesh attended the University of Mumbai from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering.

In 2013, Bhupesh enrolled at the Indo German Training Center. Bhupesh completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General in 2015.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Bhupesh has obtained several certifications. In 2013, they obtained Level A1 Deutschkurs from Max Muller Bhavan. In 2019, they earned a certification in Learning from Failure from LinkedIn. In 2020, Bhupesh obtained certifications in Human Experience Management (HXM) - The Next Phase of HR from SAP, Get Started with Innovation Culture from SAP, and Open Sky Pilot from APPI.
