James Davidson

James Davidson is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer relationship management and contract negotiation within the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Executive Director at ExterNetworks since August 2014, James oversees customer relationships with major telecommunications companies, ensuring compliance with agreements. Prior to this role, James was a Senior Contract Manager at AT&T Services, Inc., specializing in high-value IT agreements related to network monitoring and operational support. Since retiring in December 2016, James actively volunteers at a local library and contributes to a local pipe band. James holds a B.A. in History and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
