Madison Aki

Madison Aki has a diverse work experience in various marketing roles. Madison started their career as a Marketing Intern at Spotlight Events in 2011, followed by a role as a Financial Aid Student Representative at BYU-Idaho in 2013. In 2013, Madison joined Monkey Bar Storage as a Web Marketing Specialist, where they managed dealer accounts, improved Google rankings, and executed PPC campaigns. Madison then moved on to Bingham Memorial Hospital in 2015, where they worked as a Marketing Specialist/Analyst, focusing on digital and traditional marketing campaigns and managing social media channels. In 2016, Madison joined Extra Space Storage as a Marketing Specialist, responsible for managing retargeting ads and analyzing ad performance. Madison gradually grew within the company, eventually becoming a Senior Marketing Manager in 2020, overseeing teams and functions related to web optimization, email, and lead generation. Madison also led various go-to-market projects and managed relationships with software companies. As of 2023, Madison holds the position of Director of Web Optimization at Extra Space Storage.

Madison Aki completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business in 2021. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, Madison earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management and Marketing from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
