Milena Fernandez

Milena Fernandez has a diverse background with extensive experience in management and training. Currently serving as District Team Lead at Extra Space Storage since February 2016, Milena has also held the roles of Store Manager and Assistant Manager within the same company. Previously, Milena worked at Akkar Group from September 2011 to December 2015 as CEO ADMIN/General Services, where responsibilities included managing service providers and optimizing costs for the company’s needs. Earlier in Milena's career, a position was held at Walt Disney World from March 2008 to September 2011 as Core Trainer for the Food and Beverage department, focusing on training new cast members. Milena holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Instituto Universitario de Tecnología in Valencia, Carabobo, Venezuela.
