Judith Doran

Judith Doran is the Head of People at ExtraCare Charitable Trust, bringing a wealth of experience in HR leadership roles at organizations such as the National College for Advanced Transport & Infrastructure and Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service. With a background in HR consultancy and extensive experience in organizational development, culture change, and employee engagement, Judith has also served as a Director at Stonefield HR Consultancy, the University of Salford, and Keele University. Judith holds a BA in History from the University of Leeds and a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Wolverhampton.
