Phillip Bernard

Phillip Bernard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Phillip is currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Extracker since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at HERE Technologies as a Senior Product Manager from June 2021 to July 2022. Before that, they were a System Engineer, Mapping at Waymo from August 2020 to June 2021.

Phillip has a strong background in product management, particularly in the autonomous driving and mapping field. Phillip worked at HERE Technologies for several years, holding various positions including Senior Product Manager - Highly Automated Driving from August 2016 to July 2020, Senior Technical Product Owner - Reality Capture & Processing Platform from May 2015 to July 2016, and Product Manager - Traffic from September 2012 to April 2015. In these roles, they were responsible for developing and managing products related to vehicle automation, map development, and traffic-related applications.

Before joining HERE Technologies, Phillip gained valuable experience as a Product Manager at HumanConcepts, a Saba Company, from September 2004 to August 2012.
