Alex Eichenberg

Alex Eichenberg has a diverse work experience. From 1994 to 1997, they worked at Shelter Insurance Companies as a Claims employee. Alex then joined Progressive Insurance in 1997 as a Claims Supervisor until 1999. In 1999, they started working at Extraco Banks and held various positions, including Director of Training from 1999 to 2001, Corporate Leadership Development Program participant from 2002 to 2004, Vice President & Personal Banker from 2004 to 2009, Director of Marketing and Retail Sales Support from 2008 to 2011, Director of Small Business Division from 2011 to 2013, Director of Bank Operation from 2013 to 2016, and currently serves as the Human Resources Director. Their work at Extraco Banks involved responsibilities such as developing small business strategies, overseeing P&L and sales behaviors, and managing various departments.

Alex Eichenberg's education history begins with their high school education at Rock Bridge High School from 1987 to 1989. Following this, they attended the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from 1989 to 1994. Later, they pursued further education at Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2002 to 2003.
