Lindsay Green

Lindsay Green has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Lindsay started their career at Brazos Valley Bank in 2004 and worked as the Vice President of Marketing & Customer Relations and IT Officer until 2010. In 2011, they joined Extraco Banks as the Manager of Self Directed Services and Manager of Retail Sales and Innovation. During their time at Extraco Banks, Lindsay held the position of Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Extraco Consulting, where they provided strategic and tactical management services to community banks. In 2013, they became the Executive Managing Director and later the President and Board of Director at Extraco Consulting, which expanded its services nationwide. Lindsay also served as the Executive Managing Director and Board of Director at Extraco Technology, a service provider in the IT support industry. In 2019, they joined the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a Faculty member, specializing in sales and marketing for banking. Currently, Lindsay is also the President and Board of Director at Capital Property Services, starting in 2022. Overall, Lindsay Green has a strong background in banking, consulting, technology, and education.

Lindsay Green holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, which they obtained from Texas A&M University during the years 2000 to 2004. Following that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Banking and Finance from Sam Houston State University between 2005 and 2007. Additionally, Lindsay has obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certified (LSSMBB) from the Management and Strategy Institute in July 2018, Six Sigma Black Belt Professional (SSBBP) from the same institution in November 2017, and Certified Financial Marketing Professional (CFMP) from ICBA in August 2008.
