Hillary Ahlquist

Hillary Ahlquist is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and contract management. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at ExtraHop, Hillary has previously held senior legal roles at Flexe and W.G. Tomko, Inc., where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts and overseeing compliance initiatives. Hillary's background includes roles at Respironics, Earth Land Services, and ADP, providing counsel on various legal and contractual issues, as well as managing internal and external communications during the negotiation process. Hillary began the legal career as a law clerk at Flaherty & O'Hara PC and gained experience through internships at Opsitnick and Associates and the Office of the Pennsylvania Attorney General. Hillary holds a Juris Doctor degree from Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Duquesne University.
