Jenna Pingitore

Jenna Pingitore has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jenna currently holds the position of Director of People Operations & Total Rewards at ExtraHop since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Head of People Operations at Turbot from November 2021 to July 2023, where they managed compensation benchmarking, led a global remote workforce team, and served as the primary contact for employment-related inquiries.Before their role at Turbot, Jenna worked at Independent School Management from August 2015 to November 2021. In this organization, they held the position of Executive Director of Human Resources & Operations, where they provided guidance on employee retention, compensation, and performance improvement. Additionally, they led HR programs and initiatives, oversaw full-cycle recruiting, and served as a Survey Research Manager.

Jenna also worked as a Project Manager/Lead Consultant at Performance Plus International, Inc. from August 2014 to July 2015. Prior to that, they held various roles at DeVry University, including Dean of Student Central, Human Resource Liaison, Director of Student Central, Assistant Director of Student Finance, Student Finance Consultant, and Student Finance - Federal Work Study. In their role as Human Resource Liaison, they were responsible for hiring, salary increases, and handling HR issues within the Northeast Region.

Jenna Pingitore completed their education at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, where they earned a Master of Human Resource Management degree in 2010 and an MBA with a specialization in General Management in 2009. Prior to that, in 2006, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Information Systems from DeVry University.
