Mary B.

Mary B. has a range of experience in technical writing. Mary began their career at Acxiom in 2000, where they created and maintained templates for the documentation team. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Technical Editor on contract for Nintendo, editing SDK and other documentation. Mary then joined F5 Networks in 2008, first as a Senior Technical Writer and later as a Principal Technical Writer. At F5 Networks, they authored and maintained content for installing and managing appliance and chassis platform families. Mary used various tools and techniques to optimize content reuse and apply minimalism principles. In 2023, Mary moved to ExtraHop as a Principal Technical Writer.

Mary B. holds a Master of Arts degree in Professional and Technical Writing from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Mary also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a minor in Computer Science, from the University of Central Arkansas.
