Matt Parson

Matt Parson is the CFO at ExtraHop. Matt has previously served as CFO and SVP, Operations at CloudBees, Treasurer at Red Hat, Manager, Business Risk Services at Ernst & Young LLP, Director of Finance at Kyma Technologies, Inc., and Manager, Audit at Arthur Andersen LLP / Grant Thornton LLP. Matt started their career as a Senior Accountant, Audit at KPMG.

Matt Parson has a Masters in Accounting from the NC State Poole College of Management and a BS in Accounting from North Carolina State University. Matt is also a Certified Public Accountant in North Carolina.

Matt Parson reports to Patrick Dennis, CEO. They are on a team with John Hoffman - Chief People Officer, Lauren Zajac - Chief Legal Officer, and Christine Nurnberger - Chief Marketing Officer.
