Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship and compliance. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store focused on organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, since August 2020. Mariana also holds the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist at Consultorio Particular between February 2016 and 2019. Additionally, Mariana taught applied mathematics and food history at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online and a Bachelor's degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellbeing from Universidad del Centro de México.
