Shoma Hayden is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational management. Currently serving as a Partner at ghSMART since June 2015, Shoma also holds the position of Expert-in-Residence for Succession Management at Extraordinary Women on Boards (EWOB) since July 2022, focusing on CEO succession and leadership development. As a member of the Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches Community since July 2019, Shoma collaborates with top executive coaches and business leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness. Previous roles include Head of Senior Leadership Development at Goldman Sachs, Head of Talent Management & OD at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and Senior Engagement Manager at Deloitte. Shoma began a career in consulting with the United Nations, specializing in humanitarian affairs. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance/Turnaround Management from Columbia Business School, an M.A. in Humanitarian Emergencies/Trauma from Columbia | SIPA, and a B.A. in Economics/Math from Northwestern University.
