Boris Germashev

Boris Germashev is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and channel management, currently serving as Vice President EMEA Channel and SaaS Sales at Extreme Networks since August 2009. Boris has played a pivotal role in transforming Extreme Networks into a SaaS company through strategic partnerships and a redefined sales approach. Previous positions include Vice President EMEA SaaS Sales and Market Strategy, where Boris led cross-functional teams, and Regional Director roles focusing on expanding territories in Northern & Eastern Europe. Boris's prior experience includes leadership roles at CROC, Dell EMC, Compaq Computer Corporation, and Tandem Computers. Boris holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from the University of Minnesota and WU Executive Academy, as well as a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics from Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics.
