Cheryl Miranda

Cheryl Miranda is an experienced professional currently serving as an Inside Distribution Partner Account Manager at Extreme Networks since December 2022. Previously, Cheryl held various roles at Avaya from 2007 to 2022, including Sales Operations for the Middle East, Africa, and Turkey, where responsibilities encompassed strategic analysis, sales forecasting, and implementation of business intelligence tools. In the Channel Operations role, accountability involved managing partner performance and pipeline, as well as overseeing rebates and incentive programs. Cheryl also excelled in the Specialist Direct Orders position, focusing on order management and customer proposal preparation. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University.
