Ray Penzimer has extensive work experience in the medical field, particularly in product development and engineering. Ray started their career at Kensey Nash Corporation as an Engineering Assistant in Polymers in 2005. Ray then worked at Wright Medical Technology as a Product Development Engineer in Biologics from 2006 to 2008. Following that, they joined Biomet as a Product Development Engineer in Trauma/Spine from 2008 to 2012. Currently, they are employed at Extremity Medical, where they have held various positions including Project Engineer from 2012 to 2016, Director of Product Development from 2016 to 2021, and currently serves as the Vice President of Product Development.
Ray Penzimer attended Drexel University from 2001 to 2006, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering.
