Martin Escudero

Martin Escudero has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Martin started their career as an Analyst Programmer Senior at Claxson in 2004. In 2005, they joined IBM Argentina S.A. as an IT Specialist, where they focused on the installation, configuration, and administration of Websphere Application Server. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at Clarin as an Middleware Administrator, responsible for managing Websphere Application Server, WebSphere Process Server, and JBoss. In 2010, they joined Telecom Argentina as a Websphere Consultant, where they worked on architecture design and migration projects. During their time at SemperTI from 2011 to 2016, Martin held roles as a Technical Leader and Middleware Architect, coordinating the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure and designing new solutions. In 2016, they worked at Banco Ciudad as an Integration Architect, focusing on Java development and proposing integration mechanisms. Martin then joined HSBC as a DevOps Engineer in 2016, responsible for diagnosing and resolving system issues, implementing backup and recovery procedures, and leading infrastructure and application projects. Starting in 2018, Martin worked at everis-Argentina, first as a Blockchain Solutions Architect, defining strategies and leading the creation of technological proposals, and later as an Architecture Leader, providing guidance and designing architecture for the GDE project. In 2019, they joined GeoPagos as a DevOps Engineer, and currently, they are working at Extrimian as a CTO, overseeing the technology initiatives and serving as a Blockchain Architecture and Infrastructure Leader.

Martin Escudero completed their Bachelor's degree in Systems from the University of Buenos Aires from 1994 to 1997. In 2014, they obtained a certification in Project Management from Capacitarte - UBA. In 2022, they enrolled at ThePower Business School to pursue a Master's degree in ThePowerMBA + Digital Marketing, which they are expected to complete in 2023. Additionally, Martin also obtained two certifications: IBM WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment V8.0, Core Administration from Pearson VUE in March 2016, and IBM BPM Express or Standard Edition V7.5.1, BPM Application Development from Prometric in February 2013.
