Aakanksha Chaturvedi

Aakanksha Chaturvedi possesses extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as HR Head at Extuent since January 2022. Previously, Aakanksha held significant roles including Vice President of Human Resources at STARTEK and Site Head at PROBE Group. Aakanksha also served as Director of Analytic Consulting at Convergys and held multiple leadership positions at C3/CustomerContactChannels, Inc., Aegis, and AOL, focusing on training, quality, and process excellence. Aakanksha initiated career and leadership development programs and implemented quality monitoring and process improvement strategies throughout the career trajectory. Aakanksha earned a B.A. from Delhi University between 1995 and 1998.
