Lucille Arslanian, MEd, PHR, SHRM-CP, CEC has over thirty years of experience in the Human Resources field. Lucille Arslanian, began their career at Gap International in 1985 as the Human Resources Director. By 1992, they had been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources and Management Consultant. In 2017, they began working as a Consultant and Executive Business Coach for Exude, Inc. and currently serves as the President of execHRconsulting.com.

Lucille Arslanian, MEd, PHR, SHRM-CP, CEC has an extensive education history. In 2014-2015, they attended Villanova University and obtained a Professional Human Resource Management degree from the Villanova Continuing Education program with a focus on Human Services, General. Lucille Arslanian, then attended Villanova University and obtained a MA in Educational Administration with a focus on Education, Administration & Management. Finally, they attended Holy Family University and obtained a BA Ed with a focus on Education and Psychology. Additionally, they have obtained a Certified Executive Coach certification from the Center for Executive Coaching in December 2020, a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) certification from the Certified Coaches Federation in April 2009, a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in September 2021, and a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in August 2019.
