Didem ÖZTÜRK JONSSON is currently serving as a Customer & Employee Experience Research Manager at EXUS. With previous experience in user experience research roles at Mynd Management and JotForm, as well as academic experience as a Research Assistant at Ankara Üniversitesi and Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi, Didem brings a wealth of knowledge to their current position. Didem holds a PhD in Social Anthropology from Ankara University, along with a Master's degree in the same field and a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Istanbul University.
