Sourabh Gupta

As a Senior Director and Solutions Architect at Exusia, Sourabh Gupta leads the technical vision and implementation of large data management programs for Exusia’s global clients. His responsibilities also include talent acquisition, training, and managing Exusia’s off-shore development team in India. As a founding member of Exusia’s practice in the United States, Sourabh was instrumental in delivering one of the first production releases for Exusia’s largest international financial client. He was also a member of the Western Assets Team, where he implemented a real-time market data scrubbing and enrichment process using Bloomberg data that significantly improved and streamlined business processes for the client. Sourabh led the development of the largest revenue generator and real-time scoring component for another of Exusia’s global clients.

With a keen focus on driving client business transformation and growth, Sourabh applies his diverse and broad range of technical knowledge to find innovative solutions for the most complex data problems facing clients. His expertise includes requirements gathering, analysis, design, and development of ETL applications utilizing various data structures, patterns, and real-time maintenance techniques. Sourabh is highly proficient in Ab Initio, having a comprehensive mastery level knowledge of Co-Operating System, BRE, GDE, Data Profiler, EME, Conduct>It, Continuous Flows, ICFF, Web Services, and Metaprogramming.

Prior to joining Exusia, Sourabh held various technical positions at Infosys and Wipro where he received numerous awards for his contributions in building cutting-edge data-centric client solutions for industry-leading financial institutions. With more than a decade of experience as a dedicated customer-focused technology consultant in Business Intelligence and Data Management, Sourabh has demonstrated his expertise with such clients as Wachovia, where he was a vital member of the customer selection facility development team responsible for the Wells Fargo M&A migration.

Sourabh graduated with honors from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut with a Bachelor of Technology degree. He is an accomplished technical leader with diverse skills that include Shell and C Programming. Sourabh is a certified Teradata Master and has extensive experience in Netezza, Sybase, and Oracle.

Sourabh enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He loves to cook and is passionate about fitness including running, tennis, volleyball, and swimming. He is a supporter of charities such as The Red Cross and various disaster relief funds across the globe.
