Masego Madiba

Masego Madiba is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in human resources and customer service. Currently serving as the BU Manager Personal Assistant at Exxaro Resources since April 2023, Masego previously held roles at Discovery Limited from April 2021 to March 2023, where duties included Specialised Service Consultant and Contact Center Consultant. Earlier experience includes serving as an Admin Assistant at Ideas Wise and Wonderful from October 2017 to February 2018, focusing on recruitment and training in the promotions sector, and as a Brand Ambassador at Tradeway from February 2015 to September 2017, executing promotional campaigns. Masego is pursuing a BA Hons in Human Resource Management at the University of Johannesburg, with an expected graduation in December 2025, following the completion of a Bachelor's degree in the same field in 2020 from the same institution.
